CLK STAFF : Terms and Conditions of Work
There is no obligation on the company to offer you casual work or on you to accept any such work that the company may offer. If casual work is offered and accepted, you will be told the approximate duration of the assignment available but either you or the company may terminate the assignment by giving reasonable notice (no less than one week).

CODE OF CONDUCT
We expect you to behave in an exemplary professional manner at all times, to be proactive and carry out every assignment to the best of your ability. We are here to help you ensure that each assignment is a success; any problems or concerns or opportunities to improve the assignment must be fed back to the office immediately.
Lateness is not acceptable under any circumstances. CLK reserves the right to deduct all or a proportion of your wages if you are late for an assignment or if you leave early. Do not leave the job early without approval from CLK.
If you are unable to complete an assignment through sickness or personal circumstances; CLK reserves the right to replace you for some or all subsequent bookings.
Mobile phones may be switched on for CLK office contact only; all other personal calls are to be taken on breaks.
Smoking is not permitted while on any job; (if smoking on breaks, do so in a suitable area and not in branded uniform).
Expenses will only be reimbursed to the agreed budgets for each assignment, if supported by valid receipts. Any expenses incurred above this will only be reimbursed if agreed in advance by CLK.
Any uniform provided for the assignment must be kept clean by you and worn at all times during the performance of the duties of the assignment. At the end of an activity, any equipment, POS material, branded gifts, etc. belonging to either CLK or a CLK client, must be returned to the CLK account handler responsible for the activity, unless the account handler instructs otherwise in writing. Failure to return any item(s) when requested to do so may lead to the company reclaiming the cost of the item(s) from your wages.
You will not at any time during any assignment (nor for 13 months thereafter) directly or indirectly interfere with, solicit or entice any of our clients or persons with whom we were in consultation to the intent that any of them cease to patronise our business or to the intent of directing their custom elsewhere.
IN RETURN CLK WILL
- Provide you with a clear brief, including directions/maps where necessary and all supporting material/uniform
- Give you full training and support
- Answer any queries within 48 hours
- Pay your invoices and expenses no later than 10 working days from receiving them. (We aim for a 4 day turnaround)
